  • On average you would need between 8-12 sessions of solution focused hypnotherapy. But everyone is different. We would discuss this in detail at your Discovery Session and would have regular reviews during the duration of your treatment.

  • Individual Solution Focused Hypnotherapy Sessions are £70 (50-60 mins). Or you could buy a block of 6 Sessions: £370 (saving you £50)

  • Access to hypnotherapy through the NHS is highly limited, and although you can explore this option with your healthcare provider, it is not widely accessible. The majority of practitioners predominantly operate in private settings.
