I have lived experience within the beautiful diversity of the LGBTQIA+ community and recognise the unique challenges and triumphs that individuals within this community experience.

My goal is to provide you with a safe and empowering environment where you can access the profound benefits of hypnotherapy, while being fully embraced for who you are.

Taking the first step towards therapy can be both empowering and at times, a daunting process. It's a courageous choice towards self-discovery and personal growth.

My service is thoughtfully designed to provide a safe, affirming, and supportive space for LGBTQIA+ individuals to explore their emotions, navigate life's complexities, and embrace their authentic selves.

Unfortunately, due to discrimination, identity exploration, stigma, the challenging process of coming out or facing judgment from individuals and society, among other factors, individuals within the LGBTQIA+ community frequently experience an increased prevalence of:

  • Depression

  • Anxiety

  • Diminished self-worth and self-esteem

  • Instances of self-harm

  • Half of LGBT people (52 per cent) experienced depression in the last year

  • Over the last 12 months, half of LGBT+ Britons (51%) say they experienced or were diagnosed with a mental health condition, compared to a third of the general population (32%).

  • Most common among the mental health conditions described are anxiety, depression, stress, and difficulty sleeping.

  • 1 in 7 LGBT people (14 per cent) have avoided health care treatment for fear of discrimination because they're LGBT.
