Hi, I’m Andy (he/him), an Oxfordshire based, fully qualified, caring, upbeat and inclusive Clinical Solution Focused Hypnotherapist & Psychotherapist.
I assist people like you, who are feeling like you, to regain control of your life and improve your mental health, by retraining your brain to overcome limiting, negative thought patterns, master your emotions, and cultivate resilient behaviours for a brighter, more positive, happier and fulfilling life, that you want.. In a nutshell, I get you ‘out of your own way’. Because, let’s face it, a lot of us are. I work with Adults and Young People (15 years+).
My therapeutic style is warm, engaging, professional and dare I say ‘fun’.
I work with all kinds of people and everyone is welcome in my therapy room.
I also do a lot of work with the LGBTQIA+ community, men’s mental health and being a qualified personal trainer, I also especially love supporting people with weight management and self-confidence.
I am committed to the highest standards, so I regularly undertake additional professional development, follow a strict professional and ethical code of conduct, through the Complementary & Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC), Association for Solution Focused Hypnotherapy (AfSFH) and National Council for Hypnotherapy (NCH). I also have regular clinical supervision to keep my skills up to date and aligned. I am Enhanced DBS checked and fully insured.
